I was desperate for a quick bang trim and blow out after a overnight train ride to Chicago. Her staff graciously looked to see if there was an appointment, even though it was a walk-in, and the owner herself actually took me on as a client. They were so professional, they were warm in their greeting, and the shampoo was fantastic. The consultation before the blowout was very thorough and my bang trim was perfect. Not only that, the owner noticed that my ends were at an angle and she trimmed them a little bit and then she also saw that I had some exposed Roots because I'm late for my color appointment and she put in temporary color without charge. The whole time she made me feel as though she had all the time in the world even though she did it very quickly and professionally. I can't recommend them enough and I'm so grateful for them to help me out in a pinch! 100% recommended!
